    Very nice recipe. I especially like the fact you used celery greens as an herb. Most people in North America just discard the leaves. I have a question, do you have any recipes on using vegetables as the main course? I would appreciate seeing more of you excellent cooking. By the way, you have a very clear and wonderful way of explaining everything.
